How to Read This Book

This section is being written for v0.6.

In the meantime: this book is currently at version 0.5, which means the manuscript is complete but not yet polished. The bulk of the content is here, but I'm still making changes to the structure. There's still some mechanical cleanup to do, because it doesn't make sense to edit a section heavily if I'm just going to delete it.

Still, if you'd like to read it, please do! I welcome your thoughts and insights. Enjoy the bit about my parent's "soirees", or jump to chapter 5 if you want to get into my six characteristics of quality.
